IF Box office collections from 3-7-2009 to 9-7-2009 are to be believed then Kambakkht Ishq has taken over the box office's rank 1 by beating another big hit New York by a huge margin.
It is funny that the critics had bombarded Kambakkht.. with bad reviews and labeled the movie a complete disaster.....it has been observed that critics review are clearly biased towards the niche audience who like the hollywood style of cinema making which essentially is targeted at the people from metros or the big cities.
Kambakkht's phenomenal success is true testament of masala genre of filming still being the greatest pull to box office india..
